Dr. Anastasios (Marios) Kitsaras is the co-founder and President / CEO of Next Com and Next Com Holdings S.A. that holds companies in many different sectors (Services, Food Service, Real Estate. e.t.c).

Known as an expert on leadership, he believes that the success of any business depends upon leaders at every level of the organisation who will help lead the way into the future.

Having worked with some of the largest corporations in the world and as a CEO, Anastasios’ perspective is informed yet sensitive, business oriented whilst personally directed.

He studied Business Administration and Management and he specializes in Strategy and Coaching for Change. He is an alumnus of some of the best Universities of the world, Harvard, I.M.D e.t.c.

He recently, became a member of the Advisory Board of the «Harvard Business Review» magazine.
